Kacstone Record’s has donated six waste bins to the Paga Market Traders Association as part of efforts to promote cleanliness and support local sanitation initiatives in the area.
The donation carried out on Saturday May 2, 2026 by a team representing the company’s Managing Directors, Wenawome Duriyem Aborah and Michael Adangba, following their observation of the district’s monthly national clean-up exercise.
The gesture underscores the company’s commitment to supporting government-led initiatives aimed at maintaining a clean and healthy environment.
In a statement, Kacstone Record’s commended the traders for their dedication to keeping the market clean and their active participation in the national sanitation day. The company also encouraged the general public to take responsibility for environmental cleanliness by practicing proper waste disposal.
Meanwhile, the District Chief Executive for the Kasena-Nankana West Assembly, Stephen Aeke Akurugo, praised Kacstone Record’s for its continued contribution to community development. He noted that the provision of the waste bins would complement the Assembly’s efforts to improve sanitation, adding that plans are underway to procure additional bins for the district.
Leadership of the Paga Market Traders Association expressed gratitude to the company, stating that the bins would significantly enhance waste management within the market and surrounding communities. They also assured that the bins would be used and maintained properly.
The donation follows a recent initiative by Kacstone Record’s to renovate two market pavilions for traders in the area, further demonstrating the company’s commitment to community support.
The Kacstone Record’s delegation included Raymond Adda, a representative of the company, and Alexander Bombnade, its Public Relations Officer.
